Are LickerLips lip balms made with natural ingredients?

Yes! We focus on using natural, skin-loving ingredients like mango butter, coconut oil, and beeswax to keep your lips soft, smooth, and hydrated — without the junk.

Are your lip balms vegan?

Unfortunately, No. We use beeswax for its incredible moisturizing benefits.

Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free, or allergen-free options?

We are a Gluten Free family, so our lip balms are gluten-free. We do not use nut products, so our lip care is Nut Free. However, our products contain coconut-derived ingredients (classified as a tree nut by the FDA). If you are allergic to coconut, I'd skip our lip balms.

How big are your lip balms?

Each LickerLips balm comes in a standard 0.15 oz (4.25g) twist-up tube — perfect for pockets, purses, and gift bags.

Are your flavors permanent or seasonal?

We offer a core collection of fan-favorites year-round and rotate limited-edition seasonal flavors — so if you see one you love, grab it before it’s gone!

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

We do not offer wholesale prices. However, if you like our product and want to order a bunch, we have an option for you. Just add twelve single lip balms to your cart and a discount will automatically kick in.

What are my payment options?

We accept all the popular payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay, American Express and Google Pay.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.

How long does the delivery take?

We usually take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available, with a minimum purchase ($30) for all the orders that's placed inside the United States.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we only ship in the United States.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

Due to the personal nature of lip care products, we can't accept returns. But if there’s any issue with your order, contact us — we’re here to make it right!

How do I track my Refund?

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
