Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing Lickerlips lip balm! We hope you love it as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@lickerlips.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange in your message. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow for up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
